Yes. On heat transfer lanyards both sides will be printed and for screen printed lanyards it will be an extra charge.
The width options are 12mm, 15mm, 20mm or 25mm.
A safety breakaway is a clip on either the back or collar bone of the lanyards that will unclip if it is pulled or caught on something. This clip prevents choking and is required in most government agencies.
Swivel clip allows you to spin around object like cardholders attached to the clip so you can see both sides. While the alligator clip will just show one side of the object. These are good for security passes or name cards where these need to be always displayed.
We can supply bamboo lanyards instead of polyester. We are unable to do a full colour artwork with bamboo but can still single colour screen print your logo and or wording.
Yes for screen printed lanyard we can colour match within 5% of a PMS colour with both the lanyard colour and imprinting colour. We can also match within a 5% of CMYK colours for heat transfer lanyards.
The primary material making up a cord lanyard are synthetic materials such as nylon and polyester. This is the most basic of lanyards and is sold blank or with a custom imprinted label sewn to a poly web strap. The cord is 4.76mm (3/16″) wide with a solid core (no flimsy cord lanyards here). The material is hot cut to 91.44cm (36″) length producing a finished length of 44.45cm (17.5″).
Applying a metal crimp to the end that also forms the smaller loop at the bottom that holds the hardware forms the large loop that goes around your head. In order to make safety cord lanyards we use male/female plastic tubular connectors that are affixed to both hot cut ends. All cords come standard with a slide size adjuster bead. Metal hardware attachment choices include: swivel, split-ring and alligator clip.
Most of our cardholders will be able to be attached to a Swivel clip, Alligator clip, or Double ended Lanyards.
